Our Impact

The Riverdale Jewish Center, one of the largest shuls in the Tri-State area, faced a unique challenge: as the community continued to grow, assigning seats became increasingly difficult.

We developed a detailed model that listed every seat, allowing the seating committee to manage assignments through a simple spreadsheet. As the committee updated the sheet, the model automatically refreshed to show who was seated next to whom, making the process transparent and efficient.

By the time the project was complete, seat assignments were seamless, and during the Yamim Noraim, the RJC staff simply printed an enlarged version of the model, enabling every congregant to easily locate their seat.

A small town mikvah needed some serious TLC—not for the mikvah itself,  but for its constituent data. After meeting with Bright Sight Data, the team applied advanced data-analysis techniques to clean, organize, and streamline the entire CRM, giving the mikvah a fresh, reliable foundation for its operations and future campaigns.
